Where Stories Heal
Quest Soul Theatre was born from personal struggle and the powerful discovery that creativity can be a lifeline. Whether you’re navigating difficult times or simply seeking connection, drama has the ability to ground, uplift, and bring people together. We offer a safe, inclusive space where you’re free to explore, express, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.
Our workshops are designed to support mental wellbeing through engaging, accessible activities that suit all ages and backgrounds. Led with warmth, lived experience, and passion, every session focuses on the joy of the process—not the pressure to perform. Recognised by local health services and supported through social prescribing, Quest is where community, creativity, and care come together.
Drama for Every Soul
From wellbeing through drama to creative writing and even Dungeons & Dragons, our classes are designed to inspire, support, and uplift. Whether you’re looking to connect, express, or simply have fun, there’s something here for you.

Testimonials
Just enjoy these sessions so much – escapism on a Friday.
A great life skill. Drama is great for standing in other people’s shoes, and experiencing life from their perspective.
This has been my first real experience of a drama group… the sheer excitement of doing something new, later in life. It’s always felt safe.
I really don’t feel there is anything that I could suggest – it’s all been wonderful, I just gave it a go, and I’m glad I did!
I have clearly come into an established group and everyone has not only welcomed me but included me too. I feel part of the group.
No sense of failure or rejection. There’s merit in everything anyone does.
I just find it all worthwhile and enjoyable.
All concerned have an interest in drama which makes [it] very enjoyable.
Even when I’m feeling daunted, the atmosphere of the group is accepting and encouraging sensational session and exploring exciting segments – exploring character types and interaction. It is an enjoyment and a new experience every Friday.
I gave it a go and am glad I did.

I like that the event is accessible but can also seem quite sophisticated at times – a good mix.
Just enjoyed it all full stop. I am doing a talk to a history group, which is helping me to build confidence.
The regular classes have become part of my week and I look forward to them. They have done my art no end of good and I look forward to seeing everyone each week – great company.
