Wellbeing Through Drama is at the heart of what we do at Quest Soul Theatre. These sessions are not about performance—they’re about presence. We use drama-based exercises to help you explore your thoughts, reconnect with your emotions, and find your voice in a safe, supportive space.
Whether you're facing mental health challenges, feeling isolated, or simply need a creative outlet, our workshops offer a gentle and powerful way to process, express, and heal.

What to Expect
Each session is centred around process rather than performance, with no scripts, no pressure, and no spotlight. Instead, we explore group exercises, storytelling, improvisation, movement, and moments of mindful reflection. Our aim is to help build confidence, reduce anxiety, encourage a sense of connection, and bring joy through creative expression. You’re welcome to participate in a way that feels right for you, with full support from experienced facilitators who understand the emotional power of drama.

You don’t need any acting experience. You just need an open mind and a willingness to explore. We welcome adults of all ages and backgrounds—from those managing stress or anxiety to those simply looking to rediscover a creative spark.
