March 2023

Wednesday. This month we were exploring the idea of location and how that effects the characters, the setting, the atmosphere. I haven’t ever really thought about this, but it was fun to explore.

Location is a crucial element in theatre as it plays a significant role in creating the overall atmosphere and mood of a production. The physical space sets the stage for the actors, the set design, and the lighting, all of which work together to transport the audience into the world of the play. The location can also influence the audience's perception and understanding of the story and the characters, adding depth and meaning to the performance. Furthermore, the location of a theatre itself can impact accessibility and audience demographics, making it an important consideration for producers and directors. In short, location is a key factor in creating a successful and impactful theatre experience for both performers and viewers.

Here are some Videos and Pictures from our works this Month. Enjoy, and send us your comments!
