Mercedes Yearley
Creative Director & Founder
Mercedes has over twenty years of experience in the education sector in secondary school teaching and ESL. Mercedes also has lived experience of mental health and neurodiversity, and as a disability founder, Mercedes brings a truly holistic approach to the creation of this CIC. Mercedes has a deep-rooted love for all things creative and created Quest as part of her own journey to have more mental wealth in her life. She brings a unique, creative flair to every session and leads the vision and development of Quest Soul Theatre CIC.

Conor McGibney
Dungeons & Dragons Lead
Conor began his career as a drama teacher at Langley Boys School before following his passion to Quest. He has played a key role in developing a vibrant Dungeons & Dragons programme that supports wellbeing and social connection. Conor is known for his positivity and generous, supportive approach.

Layla Malik
Drama Facilitator
Layla brings a wealth of performance experience to her role at Quest, with a background in performing arts and dance. She joined Quest as part of her journey towards art therapy and brings a calm, thoughtful and compassionate presence to her work.
Sue Durston
Class Assistant & Volunteer
Sue joined Quest in 2025 as a volunteer and quickly became a valued member of the team. She has many years of experience working with people and a deep love of music. Sue is known for her warmth, kindness, and always having a listening ear for participants.
