So, I am going to strap myself to an bi-plane on May 14th to support CASPA, and in order to raise money I decided to organise a fundraising party. It was hard work.
T62 kindly let me use their space, and we filled it with four hours of live music, raffles, face paiting and a whole load of cake. I had no idea what kind of turnout we were going to have, but I was overwhelmed.
We raised £650!! Wow, totally smashing my original goal of £400. It was just so lovely to have so many people from all walks of life coming through the door and joining in the fun. We also had quiet spaces for those who felt overwhelmed. Every part of the theatre was utilised.
